RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Ozark Cycling Apparel will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 20 days from the receipt of original order. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items must be returned with all Ozark Cycling Apparel tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

FOR ALL PRINT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS, INCLUDING T-SHIRTS, HATS, MUGS, AND CANVAS PRINTS

There are no refunds for print to order items.  We make these custom for you, as you ordered them.  Unless it arrived damaged, there are no refunds.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.
